I ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp that came with rice and beans. One of my kids got the chicken nuggets and fries and the other got a cheeseburger and fries. It rarely happens, but they both cleaned their plates! I got some breakfast burritos To-go for my little brothers and these picky eaters tore them up lol This place is so authentic and welcoming! I loved how the place is so clean and even looking back into the open kitchen you can see how well taken care of this place is. The waitresses are attentive and cordial so that was the cheese on my beans ;) (like icing on the cake but since it's a Mexican restaurant so I switched it up, get it? ;) This is a hidden gem that is definitely worth my drive. I'll be back with the family soon.
On some side notes,
-They DO have Apple Pay which is convenient af !
-During the week they're not super busy so you can bring your side piece here without getting caught up. Don't hold that to me though there are no guarantees lol -

Have not been here in YEARS, use to come here just for their ceviche.
Went back today and new owners since then.
Took our chance ordering their mixed seafood ceviche and an order of their shrimp ceviche as well!!
Wow!!! It was yummy and the employees were super nice.
Glad I was able to come back to this place and was able to get my seafood ceviche fix -

Great food! The breakfast burritos, menudo and tacos are so good here! We found a new place for menudo and homemade flour tortillas! The salsa is really good too! We stumbled across this place one morning when we weren't up for waiting an hour at Nena's! Also, the only difference with their menudo here is that it has no hominy! But it's a must try! Remember they are closed on Tuesday's!

The Alambre is the way to go if you want to stay in ketosis. It's basically steak fajitas plus bacon, with melted cheese on top. I just skipped the rice, beans, and tortillas and added sour cream and a side of homemade salsa. I wasn't sure if it would fill me up, but I was wrong, it was very filling. The waitstaff guided me to the alambre instead of adding cheese to the fajitas, plus it was less money. Thanks for understanding what I was trying to get to without customizing an existing menu item.

Finally got a chance to try this place out. I came here for lunch with my son. We ordered shrimp and carne asada tacos, I also had to get a Michelada for myself and my son had a horchata. We definitely enjoyed our meal. Tacos and drinks were on point! I'm definitely coming back to try out more of their seafood options!
